The stay started off rocky with a brief and unhelpful front office staff, making the arrival feel cold. The room was cramped and stuffy, and there were safety concerns regarding accessible windows. Additionally, the noise from a nearby bar echoed throughout the night, making it hard to relax. However, the hotel's location is a strong point, with many amenities in walking distance.

We had a nice time exploring Kings Cross, enjoying the vibrant nightlife and delicious food options nearby. The room was spacious enough for our family, and it was perfect to bring our pet along. It catered to our needs during our stay.
A kid-friendly breakfast option would be great for families too.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored Kings Cross for nightlife and caught a film at Govindas Theatre. The bed was super comfy, perfect for relaxing after our adventures. Just a heads up, there are no elevators, so pack light for the stairs. But overall, great value for what you get!
The lack of an elevator was a bummer, as we had to haul our bags up two flights of stairs. It was a bit tiring after a long day out.

It was just a perfect match for a brief pause in Sydney with extraordinarily good value for money. Had issues with the credit card machine at check-in, but ultimately the stay was fine. Be sure to check your room for any maintenance issues before getting settled.

Couples retreat done right
The staff were helpful, especially Tessa at the reception, who took care of some last-minute printing I needed. Also loved the mini bar in the room, even though we didn't use it, it was a nice touch for a nightcap after the wedding.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the circumstances and service, it felt alright.

Great location and friendly service
I recently stayed for one night in a Standard Double Room. The location was perfect for my work trip, making it easy to access restaurants and attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which enhanced my experience. However, the room furnishings were quite dated and could use some upgrades to improve overall comfort.
